Our Story

Over 35 years ago, Mel Steinberg made a special connection with the flagship Mercedes-Benz dealership in Downtown Toronto. Upon discovering that they were in search of a quality license plate cover, Mel approached the Parts Manager, Ray Carruthers, with a one-of-a-kind product. Mercedes wanted a plate cover that was worthy of their brand and to enhance their fleet of luxury vehicles. Ray was so impressed with Mel’s product that Mercedes-Benz Canada decided to use his license plate cover on all of their new and pre-owned vehicles for more than three decades!
